Refund Policy
This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which Chargewrfilter will consider and process refund requests. It applies to all paid services, digital products, and materials offered through this website. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy is subject to the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy — including a refund, replacement, or repair — where a product or service:
- Has a major defect or fails to be of acceptable quality;
- Does not match its description or any sample provided;
- Is not fit for its disclosed purpose;
- Is not delivered within a reasonable time (where time is important).
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a conflict exists between this policy and the ACL, the ACL prevails.
2. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
For digital products and downloadable materials (such as planning templates, frameworks, or guides), refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- The file is technically defective or cannot be opened using standard software;
- The product delivered materially differs from its description at the time of purchase;
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
Refunds are not available for digital products where the file has been successfully downloaded and access confirmed, unless a fault meeting the above criteria is present. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Request timeframe: Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
3. Paid Services
For any consulting, coaching, or advisory services provided by Chargewrfilter:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of any pre-payment;
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund, except where required by the ACL;
- Where a service is cancelled by Chargewrfilter, a full refund of any pre-payment will be issued within 10 business days;
- Where a service has commenced, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis proportional to the value of the service not yet delivered.
4. Subscription Services
Where subscription-based access is offered:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us;
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until that date;
- Prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided unless required by the ACL;
- Refunds may be considered for billing errors or where the service was not available for a material portion of the billing period due to our technical failure.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used at the time of purchase;
- The date of purchase and the product or service purchased;
- A description of the issue or reason for the refund request;
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of technical errors, order confirmation).

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where practicable. Processing times vary by payment provider but are typically:
- Credit or debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement;
- Bank transfer: 3–5 business days;
- Other payment methods: as advised at the time of approval.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update. Purchases made before any change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
